Sharp LCD TVs
Liquid crystal display televisions are now commonly available in the market with different brands offering the same. LCD technology development started over forty years ago, and the roots of Sharp LCD TVs can be traced of its calculators. Sharp is the first company to introduce hand held calculator with a wide LCD screen with three-inch TFT display in many applications.
Years after the mass production of color televisions, Sharp LCD TVs unit press market with the introduction of AQUOS models in 2001. The earliest LCD televisions were 21" and smaller due to technology constraints. Since each light emitting diodes used in the LCD needed a separate circuit to turn it off and on to illuminate the image.
Considerable space inside the housing of the flat panel screen was required to make the viewing screen larger. Considerable many innovations in electronics and design, led to the introduction of the 65-inch Sharp LCD TVs in 1965.
In the early years, before the development of large screen size, most LCD TV manufacturers are offering them to the LCD is limited to the key on the computer monitor, medical equipment monitors and handheld devices as well as digital cameras and digital cameras.
