i say, get the vizio. Toshiba is kinda too old for TV's now. the only good thing about Toshiba itself as a brand is their laptops, but not TV. With the Vizio, im sure u get interactive services in like Twitter and netflix (Social TV as they call it), but with Toshiba, u dont.
