The Vizio E3D420VX delivers a solid performance, connecting it trough PC or PS3 is a breeze and expect a high action pack games. Setup for either wire or wireless is easy, you can quickly access on the net with loads of online goodness. Watching 3D movies and playing 3D games delivers a very impressive display, it doesn't suffer from any ghosting flaws like LED backlight does.
Brightness and contrast ratio are very good but not excellent, we need to understand that this is the limitations of CCFL backlight and LED's have the advantage over it. The Qwerty keyboard remote is very helpful to navigate and type on screen for your favorite online site.
Most people complain about Vizio sound but, this time they have done a great job with good acceptable quality. The 120Hz refresh rate shows great smoothness with only few flickers during high speed scene.
Vizio's commitment is to deliver high end quality products at the lowest price possible. For a 42 inch 3D theater class TV with internet apps, it's harder to believe that this is only available at less than $650 without any additional cost for a pair of 3D glasses.
