Do VIZIO TV's support PAL video system?
I would like to buy VW42L model in Costco.
According to specs it is only suport NTSC but I know some vizio models suporting PAL ( like the P50HDM)
Does any one know if all/any other VIZIO TV's suport PAL ?
All of Vizio tvs tuners do not support PAL
the P50HDM doesnt have a tuner at all. It a High Def Monitor, no tuner, they dont even make it anymore.
The VW42 is not sold at Costco, The VW line is made only for Wal-Mart.
The VX42, GV42, VU42 can be found at Costco (soon a GV42LF which is a 1080p)
you can how ever connect an external PAL tuner to the TV in the component input (cable box that supports PAL)
