looking to buy a 32" hdtv....720p or 1080p?
i don't watch that much tv and about half of it's use will be to play xbox 360. i've heard that most xbox games were meant for 720p. don't know if that's true, if so will it even be worth it to spring for the 1080? as far as just watching tv i don't need the "best of the best". i'm just looking for something that looks nice and doesn't break the bank. i was looking at a vizio but i'm not sure. does anybody have any feedback on that particular brand. i'm open to other brands too so feel free to suggest something better
On a 32in TV the difference would hardly be noticeable, just because of the pixel density.
It is true almost all Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 games are 720p, and even if you do watch bluray on it, it will still look really good in 720p compared to 1080p, you will not notice the difference.
The only time 1080p comes in handy with 32in TV's is if your going to be using it as a Computer Monitor or something that involves a lot of small text, such as surfing the internet. Otherwise 720p would be perfect.
