what flat panel HDTVs are good ie olevia?
I saw a pretty good deal for an Flat panel HD Olevia 32" but I wasn't sure if that is a good brand. Are the cheaper brands like Vizio, Proscan, Etc that they sell at Best buy or Walmart any good? Are they comparable to Magnavox or Samsung? I'm not looking spend that much money
IMO your better off staying with a name brand. Panasonic or Pioneer for plasma (Panasonic is now making a very good lcd as well) or Sony and Sharp Aquos for lcd. They do cost more initially but you have a better chance of keeping the tv for 20 years over the non-branded (mostly Chinese made) TVs.
