I have a few questions about the Vizio 32" LCD HDTV (VX32L).?
1. Is this even a good T.V.? I mainly want to use it with my Wii and Xbox 360, as well as DVDs. Is there a better one for around the same price and size? ($600, 32")
2. As I said, this T.V. will be used primarily for gaming, therefor lag is something that I will absolutely not tolerate. Does this T.V. have any sort of lag?
3. Is there any screen door effects, motion blur, or any other little flaws like that?
Any information you could give me would be extremely helpful. I've been looking for a 32"-37" bedroom T.V. and this one caught my eye as affordable. I'm slightly worried, as I've never heard of this Vizio company. If you have another recommendation, please make sure it is within the size previously mentioned, and not too much over $500 or $600. Thanks so much!
Vizio TVs are entry level HDTVs. Their quality is not that good. Most users report serious problems within the first year of ownership. I know that the prices are appealing to most people. But you have to remember you get what you pay for.
As for pixel slur & lag you'll have every concevable problem with a Vizio. There low end TVs that certainly don't focus on the gaming side. I know that Sharp has come out with a TV that offers new technolgy just for gaming. I have not seen it in action myself but I have heard that it works quite well but unfortunatly you won't pick one of these up for 5 or 6 hundred dollars either.
Stay with CRT until you can get into the top teir of TVs. In the end you'll be glad you did.
