vizio 32-inch lcd tv
can't decide on either a Vizio or Philips 32 inch. TV from walmart?? please help?

if they dont work there on walmart website. I want the best picture quality because i play xbox 360 and stream HD shows and movies from my computer both HDMI wise. 360 i use the component because i have a turtle beach mic. but i need help with an TV expert by looking at both and telling me which to buy. Same price. if you can tell me the pros and cons about both and your choice of which would be the best buy for me. i dont HD programming yet but soon will. i used to have a 19inch vizio tv 720p and its was great picture. The 32inch vizio has speakers in the front would that be a con or pro? please help me decide.
The Philips would be the lesser of two evils.
Vizio is a low-price / low-quality brand that has most of their TVs made in small Taiwan factories and what not.
Philips used to be a good brand, but they've found it harder and harder to make a profit, so they eventually turned over all production to Funai, a Chinese brand of average quality.
