Which of these two TV's should i get?
i am planning on getting a new TV for mainly gaming (xbox 360).

I think in the sizes that you're looking at you could be okay going either way. I think some Toshiba models can often be a step up over a Vizio, but I see that more in larger sets. I think here you won't be worlds apart in image quality between the two sets.
But the key thing is that this is YOUR television. So you really should go and check out the TVs in a store and look at the image qualities they produce. Especially look at things like text or logos on the screens. That's a good point of reference to try and figure out which one is providing a better image for you.
