Want to get an HDTV, have some questions about the one I want?
So I want to get an HDTV for my PS3, and I've found the one I want, this is about the biggest size that will fit in my room, I was just wondering though if the max resolution is 1080i or 720p because in the main title or whatever it says 720p but then in the description it says 1080i, so why doesn't it say 1080i instead of 720p. Also, please don't tell me to save up more money and go buy a different one. Thanks. Here's the link to the TV.

Actually 720p and 1080i are two different video formats and the description is saying it supports both. WIth a 22inch TV, I dont believe you could actually find a 1080p HDTV anyway. Besides with a 22incher you would more than likely never be able to tell the difference between a 720p (or 1080i) and full 1080p resolution. BTW, I have owned Vizio and they are great value for the dollars spent. DOn't let anyone tell you Vizio stinks because it isnt a Sony or Samsung, they do make great TV's. Also since you obviosly want to use this for gaming, you might want to consider a plasma instead of LCD since Plasma respose times are typically much faster than LCD. Vizio makes Plasma HDTV's also.
