720p or 1080p in a 22 Inch LCD TV?
Should I spend the extra hundred dollars to bump the resolution to 1080p? It is going to be a relatively small LCD TV by Vizio for the main purpose of Xbox Gaming. Will there be a notable difference in image quality? Thanks
On anything smaller than a 40" TV, you're going to be really really hard pressed to notice a difference between 720p and 1080p. In addition, the only source for true 1080p video is blu-ray movies. Even most HD TV channels are only in 720p with a very very few doing 1080i. However on a smaller TV you aren't going to notice the differences. Save a few bucks and get the 720p.
