What is the refresh rate for this TV?
I'm in the market for a new TV. I want either a 30" or 32", 1080p, and 120hz. I also want a good brand. I found this Vizio that I think looks good for a pretty good price, but I can't find the refresh rate anywhere! I'm electronically challenged, so someone please help!

Is a 32", 1080p, 60hz a good quality TV?
If it doesn't say its 120Hz, then you can be guaranteed that its only a 60Hz TV. 120Hz and 240Hz refresh rates are huge selling features. They would most definitely stamp that all over the advertising if it was there. That's definitely a 60Hz set.
The cheapest 1080p and 120Hz set you'll find at 32" is the LG 32LH40. Its $679 on Amazon right now. There is also the Sony KDL-32XBR9. But I'm pretty sure that will cost a fair bit more.
You don't really need 1080p or 120Hz on a 32" set. You won't see a dramatically noticeable difference at 32". It might help somewhat, but it just won't help to the amount you'll have to spend on those features (so poor bang for the buck).
If you intend on using the 32" set for a computer monitor (and I don't mean the odd movie, I mean all the time, 24/7), then okay I could see you going for 1080p. I'd want the 1920x1080 resolution as well. But other than that its not super necessary.
If you are huge gamer, sports fan, and/or action movie fan, then perhaps the 120Hz might make a bit more sense. Again, its advantages are likely limited at 32", but if you're really sensitive to the motion blur issue, it might be worth it for you. In that case I'd recommend a Panasonic TC-L32G1. I think its $484 on Amazon right now. Its 720p but 120Hz.
