how do i get my PS3 to work off of its AV Prongs? (the red white and yellow cables)?
Ok so originally we had a small Sony tv and i used the AV prongs (red white yellow cords) to get video and audio. Then we got a VISIO plasma screen and started instead using a HDMI cable for it, and when it tried to switch it back to the other tv it wouldnt work. What the heck is the problem!

What do you mean "and when it tried to switch it back to the other tv it wouldn't work"? Is the screen black?
If so it could be that you have the wrong resolution set in video settings. If this is the problem it can be tough to fix because the screen is blank. You can reset the video settings by doing this
1. Make sure the system is off.
2. Hold down the Power Button for 5-6 seconds - until you hear the second beep.
3. That's it, your video settings are reset and you should be able to choose your input and configure it from there.
Turn on the PS3. The problem occurs when moving from HDMI which supports a higher resolution to a lower resolution.
