Advice about hdtvs and xbox 360s???
Hi,
I am currently in the market for a budget, decently sized hdtv to use with my xbox 360, I have stumbled across the Compack 26" hdtv on amazon for £249.00 it seems to good to be true. Is it realy a great bargin or is it worth spending a few extra quid on a better known brand. Will it do the job and the picture quality be as good as say a Toshiba .etc., are they any flaws with this kind of tv??

LOL. You're right, it's too good to be true! It's junk. Go with a quality, reliable, name brand like Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, or Hitachi and stay away from those TV brands you've never heard of before, or associate with cameras or dishwashers and refrigerators. Not only will you have a superior picture, but when it comes time for service, you will have someone local who is qualified to work on it, and a supply of parts.
