im a noob at this sort of stuff and cant tell if this has a receiver or if im going to have to buy this and then buy a receiver separately? I just want to be able to have it hooked up to my ps3 and my tv at the same time my tv has 3 hdmi ports and supports 5.1
This is a DVD player with amp built-in so you don't need to buy a receiver. You can connect HDMI from PS3 to TV for video and optical cable from PS3 to system for audio.
