I am a new owner of a 32 inch Sony Bravia LCD TV?
I am trying to connect a DVD player, PS2 as well as Cable box to the TV. I only have RED..WHITE..and YELLOW cables but on the back of the TV they are RED..WHITE and BLUE or RED...WHITE and GREEN slots. Can I put the yellow into the GREEN or BLUE slots.. If anyone can provide me with the exact instructions to connect these devices I would be very grateful.
The basic answer to your question is, no. The green and blue jacks you see are part of a 3-jack set for digital video, blue-green-red. There is a separate red-white pair for audio.
If your TV and your cable box have HDMI jacks, you should connect those with an HDMI cable for the best HD picture and sound.
