Samsung T260HD vs T260?
Greetings!
I have read numerous articles about the two, and I'm still confused on its major differences.
Some say that its basically the same, only that the HD version has TV inputs in it.
But others says that its totally different, the basic version is better for gaming, since HD version will have noticeable input lag.

Based on the manufacturer's site, the noticeable diff. is its contrast ratio.

The price differ so much. I'm planning to use it mainly for gaming, surfing, and watching (anime)

Differences I can see:
The T260HD has speakers, the T260 does not.
The T260HD has an ATSC tuner for over-the-air HDTV signals, the T260 does not.
That and the contrast.
Personally I'd just go with the T260.. The ATSC tuner isn't of much use anyway since most people use cable, satellite or Fios anyway, and one can use better speakers than the built-in ones. Both are HDCP-compliant and can be used for full-HD Blu-ray playback, and can also be hooked up to any digital HD cable, satellite or Fios box that has HDMI to watch TV.
