p50hdm vizio
plasma tv technical question?
i have a vizio p50hdm. the positive vs circuit is drawing 197 volts where as it should be drawing 18 volts. any ideas? is this a common problem and what needs to be replaced?
actually sir, all due respect, your wrong. it should be delivering 18 volts as stated on the board itself. both va and vs have been tested. i believe i need the ysus board after talking with vizio tech support. any ideas were i can get a cheap one? refurbished? thank you for your help
WRONG! Vs should be delivering 197 Volts to the Ysus board !
You're mis-reading the schematics or they MIS-Printed it !
Now check your Vs and Va, and if they are present...go on to the next board.
As a Tech, I check those and move on..I have my power, now I need to find out why the display won't prime...
Oh! That's an easy answer !
