Un55B7000 Samsung - Excellent Tv
UN55B7000 Samsung picked up by Best Buy this weekend (same as 7000 except it is Gray ToC instead of red). I love this TV. Updated by Samsung LNT4061F. It 's so thin her incredible wall mounting screws pass through the screen. Less than 50 pounds without the support is considerably lighter than any conventional 55-inch LCD or plasma. The colors are vibrant, blacks are solid and the picture just seems to pop. I have not made any adjustment or adjustments so I'm thinking that only gets better from here. Connected to surround sound system, so I can not say anything about the speakers. Yes, it is more expensive than many similar sized TV, but I think it's worth it.
UN55B7000 Samsung - Beautiful TV, Great Picture
I'm not an audiophile, but in my humble opinion, this is a great TV. The image is striking. My son and I watch only the World Series on it, and never once lost the ball in the picture because of slow switching or less-than-240 MHz frequency 120. And I have not seen any of the problems referred by others regarding the 8000 series and the questions with "lighting the corners." I took out a 65 "Mitsubishi Diamond, and put this into the hole created him in our entertainment center. Although it is 10" smaller is 1000% better. The only downside I see right now is that it is difficult to turn off the TV now ... I would read more books!
UN55B7000 Samsung - Great TV!
This is a great TV. There are some minor problems, primarily the angle of view it is the best, but I always the best place, not so much a problem. The second issue is that there is less bleeding through to the four corners of the lights but you have to look at it. If this TV for about a week and lives up to the hype. I have never seen a TV with a blacker black. my wife's first comment when he was pulled in the box: "Wow, that's fine." Amazing that it can fit like a fantastic product in 1.5 "deep. The only thing I would stress is that I see what some say about the bleeding edge light. I noticed at night during a scene almost completely black. I actually did not notice until I thought to look for on the basis of other observations', and is very discreet. It does not degrade the visual experience for everyone. If this is something that worries you, stop looking TV and start watching TV.

We enjoyed most of all that this TV has to offer, to include the subtle body style line, as well as film viewing in 3D (which takes some getting used to), slow and beautiful photographs.
As for sound, he had hooked to our Bose Surround Sound, so I can not confirm the problems of sound.
What we did had a problem with was when we watched an action movie or something that objects moving across the screen quickly (and watch a lot), pixilation issues that occur around moving objects on the screen fast or faster . TV just can not keep up. It 'very annoying and never happened with our old DLP.
