How do you get video on the RCA 26” LCD/DVD Combo HDTV - L26HD32D?
I have a RCA 26” LCD/DVD Combo HDTV - L26HD32D is the model number. When i connect it to my computer with an HDMI cable as a second monitor, it works fine as a monitor, but will not play any sort of video. is there a driver i have to download somewhere? if i open a movie and put it half on my monitor and half on the tv, only the monitor side will show anything besides a black screen where there should be video.

I think the video files are incompatible with the signal the TV needs to see....
However, I do not know the TYPE you are getting on your computer...
Check on Google for HDMI video drivers.
