Do i need a expensive HD antenna for my 1080P HDTV (it has a built in digital tuner)?
I ordered a TV online and I havent got it yet. The TV i bought has a Built-in digital tuner: (ATSC/NTSC/Clear-QAM)
Can anyone tell me what kind of antenna i will need to watch local Over the air channels.?
I went to www.antennaweb.org and it said i need a small multidirectional antenna and most of the channels were Yellow UHF, a few were yellow VHF.
Will i need to buy a expensive antenna? or can i buy a cheap priced one?

Can someone also explain what is the difference between a outdoor and indoor antenna?
Do i need a Outdoor one, or a Indoor one.? ( the local channel broadcasters are 20-30 miles away)
If your local TV transmitters are more than 20 miles away, an outdoor antenna would be best. Second best is if you locate it in the attic.
Signal strength can easily be cut by 60 to 75% inside a house vs outside.
If you're not too far away, take a look at the Channel Master CM-2016.
