So on the website it says that you can use the PIP(picture-in-picture) button to see two screens at the same time, but on my remote I DO NOT have a PIP button. Does the button say something besides PIP? Also I do not see anything about PIP on my tv's menu anywhere. Please help me!

You're right, there are no PIP buttons on your remote, nor is there a setting for PIP in the menu either....
And the website claims it has PIP....
But I think that's a mistake in printing, not in manufacturing....
