hdtv 1080p 120hz 40inch
Looking for a LCD 40inch HDTV?
My parents are buying me an HDTV as a gift. They don't know anything about TVs so they want me to find something (if they told me a month ago a could have found one on sale for the holidays or something). I've been looking a lot not really sure if I'm getting a good deal or not, so I need suggestions. I'm looking for a brand name one like a Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, etc. I want it to be LCD because apparently Plasma is crap (I've heard both sides but I'm not taking chances). I also want it to be 40+ inches and around $600-800. I would like 1080p and 120hz but according cnet it doesn't really make a huge difference.
Please help any suggestions are helpful.
