another thing What is better LCD or Plasma because I wan to get a 42-47 inch TV don't know whats good I want something thats good with fast movement but still have the great picture quality. oh yeah I also need the TV to have good speakers because I don't have a surround sound system.

Too bad you didn't post a budget. It would cut down on a lot of guessing of what to recommend. From what you do post, specifying no blur with fast movement, I'd suggest that the very best you can do is a 720p/1080i Panasonic Viera plasma display in either a 42" or a 46". This is the best you can do, dollar for dollar, for BOTH performance and reliability it that size range.
All brands you posted are pretty low quality, with questionable reliability. The best of the worst is Philips, only because when something goes wrong, you have a chance of being able to find parts and service. Philip/Magnavox (same mfg.), however, is just about the bottom of the barrel for name brand TV - just way too many consumer complaints.
